Lead times for handcrafted production typically range between 6–12 weeks depending on scale, availability and production schedules.

 

Online Purchases

Each object is handmade using artisanal and experimental glass processes. Slight variations in shape, color, texture, reflection and proportions are part of the artistic character of the work.

While every effort is made to represent objects as accurately as possible, colors, finishes and surfaces may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and the handmade nature of the material.

No two handmade objects are identical.

 

Shipping

All objects are carefully packed and insured for transport.

Estimated shipping and delivery times may vary depending on production schedules, customs procedures and shipping conditions beyond our control.

For express shipping or special delivery arrangements, please contact the studio prior to placing your order.

 

Delivery & Transport Damage

Please inspect parcels carefully upon arrival.

If visible transport damage occurs, we kindly ask that you document the condition with the carrier and contact the studio as soon as possible so we can assist appropriately.

 

Returns

As many works are handmade, made-to-order or produced in limited quantities, returns may not always be possible.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact the studio directly so we can find an appropriate solution together.

This does not affect statutory consumer rights where applicable.

 

Care

Please handle your glass objects with care.

Most pieces may be cleaned gently using a soft damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Abrasive cleaners, thermal shock and sudden temperature changes should be avoided.

Due to their sculptural and handmade nature, certain objects may require individual handling instructions.
