Wholesale Inquiries

We love to produce our glassware RAW, MINI RAW, CIRCLE, SEAGLASS especially for your Shop. For your wholesale order we offer a discount of 30-42% on our glassware.
Please allow a production time between 4-10 weeks.

We offer an Architect & Interior discount of -10%, just get in touch for allowing your discount via studio@milenakling.com
Online Purchases
We take care to ensure that all details displayed for a particular item are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.
Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colors, textures or sizes, what you will see on your digital monitor may slightly differ and so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods you are purchasing.
Delivery

On completing your purchase you will have one or more options for delivery. This is an estimated timescale for deliver. There is a possibility our items may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as a courier delay, if you like to book an express or special delivery, please contact us in advance, to allow a personal handling of your wishes. studio@milenakling.com
Insurance
We will make sure your design object is fully insured and carefully packed for the transport. Please check the condition of the parcel from outside and if possible also open the package before signing for the delivery. Especially if the packaging looks damaged from outside please check if the content is in good condition. If your design object should be damaged please make sure that this is marked in the delivery documents and contact us immediatly. We will make sure you receive a replacement.

Returns
As we produce most of our Objects on request and sell unique handmade products we do not offer a regular option to return the pieces you ordered.
If you should not be happy with your design object please contact us to discuss options to exchange or return the piece.

Care
​
Please enjoy and take care of your unique mouthblown pieces.
If not stated otherwise you may clean your glass with a damp soft cloth to wipe off some dust or fingerprints. You may also clean the inside of a vase with some baking soda to remove stains from hard water and plants.
Please make sure not to get water inside the seagrass Objects, as it may not be able to get it out due to the special shapes of the unique bowls. We like to lock the whole in the back and work around it : )
Please only use mild soap if necessary, to enjoy your individual piece for a long time.
I would love to hear that you, one day into the far away future, gift your piece to one of your children to take care for another decade at least : )

You may also pay cash in our Showroom.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact us immediately. As items are made to order, once made and dispatched we do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged.
